There are 3 bedrooms, 1 suite, Wi-Fi, living room with 2 rooms (living and dining) and 2 balconies (One comprising the living room and bedrooms and the other balcony of the Suite) with the right to use 1 (ONE) parking space. Covered garage.
Complete Leisure, which can be used, STRICTLY respecting the condominium rules (except Fitness and Sauna, which is the exclusive use of condominium owners)
Bed and bath linen not included.
We are not hotels. I'm just renting my private property for you to enjoy the season, being very well located.
It has simple and basic furniture (Refrigerator, Stove, Microwave, 50-inch TV, some cutlery, glasses, plates, pans, etc.), but if you want to take others for your use, feel free.
We have 1 double bed in the first bedroom, 1 trellis in the second bedroom and mattress and 1 double bed in the suite.
All bedrooms have a ceiling fan and in the living room!
We accept PET, only in small sizes.
** Form of payment**
50% of the value upon signing the Temporary rental contract
50% of the remainder of the final value, which must be paid ONE DAY BEFORE entering the property, as the condominium requests that the LESSOR - OWNER communicate formally about the Lease carried out, for security reasons, both for the condominium and its residents and residents.

*** Procedure for Making the Reservation and Effective Rental ***
01) A Temporary Rental Agreement will be drawn up, which will contain my details as LESSOR and Owner of the property and the details of the Tenant(s) and all their companions.
02) - After Validation of the Contract, the Contract will be Signed via the Digital Platform and then Payment must be made to complete the reservation by the Renter.
03) - A message will be sent to the Renter confirming the completion of the Reservation after the initial payment.
04) - Last Payment of the value of the Temporary Lease carried out.
05) - I will notify the condominium about the effective Lease.
06) - The digitally signed contract must be presented at the condominium reception on the day of entry to the property to check the Provided Documentation and release the keys to the tenant(s)
