A localização é o ponto alto: super perto da praia, sendo possível fazer tudo a pé. O prédio ainda oferece 2 vagas cobertas, e uma estrutura de lazer ótima, com piscina e sauna sempre em ordem. Um destaque especial para o zelador, que é extremamente atencioso, educado e sempre disponível para nos atender. Frequentamos este imóvel com a família há vários anos e a qualidade se mantém. The building has a swimming pool, barbecue, sauna, party and games room with an official pool table, and also offers beach service with chairs and umbrellas * (your spot in the sun guaranteed, lol) * only during the season.
Apartment:
It has 2 parking spaces, balcony, 1 suite (double) with LED TV, 2 bedrooms with 1 bathroom to serve, 1 double bedroom and another bedroom with 2 beds (mattresses), living room with LED TV, dining room with 6 chairs, bar, American kitchen with complete utensils, service area, and another suite bedroom that is next to the laundry room with a fan and no shower (it would be a maid's room, but we also use it normally) and we have some extra mattresses.
MAXIMUM 10 PEOPLE 2 SMALL CHILDREN
There is air conditioning in the 3 bedrooms and in the living room, as well as ceiling fans!!! The apartment is very well looked after, we take care of everything with great care
