Come and enjoy with your family and friends, the perfect place to rest and enjoy your vacation. Simple house with a family atmosphere, quiet street with a market, bakery, butcher shop, 1000 meters from Palmeiras beach and Serra Mar Shopping Mall.
15 minutes from the beaches of Aruan, Indaiá, and the city center. Easy access to São Sebastião, Ilhabela.
We do not rent to youth groups.
The space
Space with gourmet barbecue area and
Swimming pool. 2 bathrooms with hot shower and a toilet. 1st bedroom with a double bed, a bunk bed and a single bed. 2nd bedroom with two double beds and a double mattress, a bunk bed and three more single mattresses. All mattresses with covers. Total number of people to sleep between the 2 bedrooms 13 people. It is possible to accommodate 2 people in the kitchen. Smart TV and Wi-Fi. We do not provide bed linen and towels, only 04 pillows. It has a two-door chest freezer and automatic washing machine. We have wall fans. Space for two cars.
NO VISITS ALLOWED.
There are security cameras in the external area, garage and gourmet area.

Single-story house, two-car garage, well-ventilated hallway with roof, shower in the pool area, complete barbecue, house with two bathrooms, two bedrooms and a full kitchen.
