Alugamos a casa para 14 pessoas e ficamos muitos satisfeitos, a casa é muito boa, bem conservada, limpa, com três chuveiros para tomar banho, bastante cama e colchão, com vários utensílios. O local é bem seguro e tranquilo, dentro de um condomínio. A experiência pra nós, foi excelente. A dona também é muito solicita, sempre respondendo no WhatsApp.

Quero aki dizer a D.Solange q na sua casa, o local, o condomínio e até mesmo o porteiro, eu tive uma experiência incrível desde a organização e tdo o espaço. Muito obrigado pela sua simpatia, cuidado e confiança q nos passou desde o momento q entramos na casa para viver esse descanso merecido, até o último dia q foi hoje 27/10/2025.

Hello, the property is large and comfortable, a single-story house with wheelchair access. I accept pets. It's located in a gated community with 24-hour security. The property is located on the corner of the condominium's main avenue, 700 meters from the beach, on paved streets. I provide guests with a large cooler. Nearby, there are all kinds of shops, bakeries, markets, pharmacies, gas stations... In front of the condominium, there's Renato's Malibu kiosk, very pleasant and quiet, without the hustle and bustle. To the left, further ahead, is the Balaio Caiçara kiosk, with a playground for children. (It doesn't accept coolers with drinks or food). Further ahead, the Ninho da Coruja kiosk, very good, free; you can bring whatever you want; there's a space next to it to stay outside the kiosk. The nearby beaches are Cocanha, 2 km away, and Mococa, 4 km away, which are quieter for taking children. In Mococa, there's the excellent Sossego kiosk. Come relax and save money. A hug SUN 🌞
