Fomos em 10 pessoas e todos ficaram bem confortáveis. Sem contar que a vista da casa é perfeita! Nós amamos a casa!

House for vacation rental in Caraguatatuba
We have 4 bedrooms, 3 of which are suites with air conditioning, accommodating up to 10 people.
Fully equipped with top-of-the-line amenities and a private swimming pool.
The house has two security cameras, one at the entrance of the property and another outside that captures the small gate leading to the beach.
Besides being a beautiful house, it has the convenience of not needing a car, as it has supermarkets, bakeries, and restaurants very close by, which is a great advantage due to the chaotic traffic during peak season.

Guests will have private access to all areas of the house and leisure facilities.

✅ We do not provide bed linens, towels, or similar items (pillows, blankets, etc.).
✅ It has 5 bathrooms in total (3 in the suites, 1 serving the single bedroom and 1 serving the outdoor pool and barbecue area).
*HOUSE RULES*
👉We do not accept animals.
👉The pool lights, waterfall, and hydromassage can only be turned on for a maximum of 4 hours.
👉Anything that is broken or damaged must be replaced.
👉Do not leave the gates open (both the front and back gates of the house).
👉When leaving and going to sleep, lock the entire house (doors, windows, and gates).
👉We love music! However, we have rules for good neighborly relations. Please respect reasonable sound levels and quiet hours.
👉The pool is for your leisure! Maintaining it is an act of respect and civility.
Please do not enter the pool with sand on it, as we have showers available. Use tanning lotion, oil, and sunscreen. Please use the showers after coming from the beach to remove the aforementioned products.
👉Our employee Lú will come to your house twice a week to water the plants. Please answer the door.
👉 Try to use water and electricity rationally. Nature will thank you.
👉The voltage throughout the house is 220V.
👉We provide pillows.
👉We don't have a dishwasher.

Casa maravilhosa, espaçosa,suites ok,sala ampla, limpa, equipada, vista espetacular! Localização boa, praia de tombo,que meus filhos amamkk, porém ao lado da Cocanha q é uma praia de mar piscininha, menos de 300mts de supermercado, farmácia e restaurantes, detalhe que restaurante Golfinho e Caiçaras ficam na mesma rua,recomendo a experiência, realmente cabem 4 sedãs na gragem. Nos sentimos muito seguros. O anfitrião é muito solicito, as plantas são um charme a parte lindas. Com ctz alugaria mais mil vezes kkk dormir e acordar c som do mar é vida!!!!!
