A casa estava bem limpa e realmente é como nas fotos. Teve um vazamento na pia da churrasqueira no primeiro dia. Foi consertado manha do dia seguinte. Ponto para a imobiliária. Porem... A maquina de lavar citada, não funcionava. A imobiliária primeiro alegou que se tratava de um "tanquinho" por isso não centrifugava. Porem....ela TB não lavava. Prometeram levar outra. Saí da casa e não apareceram. A casa tem 2 panelas de pressão...nenhuma funciona. A Sky que eles se referem, é a programação básica da Oi, com 5 ou 6 canais. A casa em si atendeu nossa expectativa, o lugar é maravilhoso. Somente essa promessa não cumprida e alguns itens que aparecem na descrição não estão de acordo.
