House for vacation rental in Porto Belo
The property measures 3,500 m2 and, in addition to this two-bedroom house, includes five studio apartments and a three-bedroom house that are also rented out seasonally, as well as a court with a volleyball net and soccer goals. The property is surrounded by a wall, but the houses are not fenced in.
The central garden area and the sports court are shared with the other guests and my family.
The house is 60 m2 and accommodates up to 6 guests. It has Wi-Fi access throughout the house and parking space in the garden for two vehicles. There are two double bedrooms with air conditioning, an integrated living room and kitchen, a bathroom, a balcony, and a laundry area. Bedroom 1 has a double bed, an extra single mattress, and a wardrobe with shelves and hangers. Bedroom 2 has a double bed, a single bed, and a wardrobe. Windows with glass and blinds.
Living room with sofa, smart TV with reception of free-to-air channels and a portable desk fan.
Fully equipped kitchen, gas stove with oven, refrigerator, microwave oven, table for six people, sink, cabinets with pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, blender, thermos, and other kitchen utensils.
Full bathroom with electric shower. It also has an outdoor cold shower.
Balcony overlooking the garden and barbecue with grill and skewer.
Laundry room with a sink for washing clothes, washing machine, clothesline, a portable clothesline, bucket, mop, broom, and a cleaning cloth.
Items provided: six pillows, one face towel, one bathroom mat, one roll of toilet paper and liquid soap; three dish towels, two tablecloths, one kitchen sponge, one dishcloth and one liquid detergent; the items provided are non-exchangeable and cannot be replaced.
Bed linens and bath towels are not provided.
