House for vacation rental in Porto Belo
The property measures 3,500 m2 and, in addition to this studio apartment, includes four more studio apartments, a two-bedroom house, and a three-bedroom house that are also rented out seasonally, as well as a court with a volleyball net and soccer goals. The property is surrounded by a wall, but the houses are not fenced in.
The central garden area and the sports court are shared with the other guests and my family.
The property is a 32 m2 studio apartment that accommodates up to 3 guests. It has Wi-Fi access and parking space in the garden for one vehicle. The bedroom has air conditioning, a queen-size box spring bed, a single bed, a wardrobe with shelves and hangers, and a smart TV with open channel reception. The bathroom is complete with an electric shower. There is also an outdoor cold shower. The kitchen has a gas stove with oven, refrigerator, table with four chairs, sink, cupboard with pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, blender, thermos, and other kitchen utensils.
Laundry room with a sink for washing clothes, a portable clothesline, bucket, mop, broom, and a cleaning cloth.
The barbecue grill available at the house is portable and has a grill/skewer.
Items provided: three pillows, pillowcases, sheets and one bath towel per guest; one face towel and one bath mat, one roll of toilet paper and liquid soap; two dish towels, one tablecloth, one kitchen sponge, one dishcloth and one liquid detergent; two beach chairs; the items provided are non-exchangeable and cannot be replaced.
Blankets are not provided.
