The building, also known as RESIDENCIAL PRAIA DE PALMAS, has a permanent caretaker for greater comfort and security.
In the neighborhood, within a distance of 250/800 meters, there are restaurants, supermarkets, markets, a bakery, a pharmacy, a beer garden, an ice cream parlor, a pastry shop, bars with live music, etc...
You can also find good restaurants and shops 3km away in the small village of Palmas, with varied cuisine and a special focus on seafood.
We do not provide bedding, blankets, or bath towels. However, the apartment does have tablecloths, dishes, and 8 simple pillows available.
ATTENTION PETS - Only one small pet is allowed, and the tenant will be responsible for any damage to the property, as well as its cleanliness and quietness during the hours determined by the condominium.

El departamento está bien equipado, cumple con la descripción que se hace del mismo. Solo podría incorporarse ropa de abrigo de cama. La atención del dueño es excelente. El edificio tiene celador las 24hs, muy atento y predispuesto siempre. Pasamos unas hermosas vacaciones en familia!!
