1 bedroom apartment, with a double bed and a single extra single mattress. Furnished, with a rotating parking space available, without locking. (does not support vans). Central location, 1950 street, 250m from the beach. 2nd floor building with elevator. Accommodates up to 4 people. Bedroom and living room with split. Protection nets on balcony and bedroom. 250 Megas fiber optic excellent quality Wi-Fi internet. Smart TV in the room with 55'. With main household items. We do not provide bed, table and bath linen. New Year's Eve:
There is a special/unique package of 7 nights, entry on 12/26 and departure on 2/1/22, in the amount of R$3,200.00.

RESERVATION AND PAYMENT TERMS:
