Excellent apartment, one per floor, oceanfront, right on the sand, close to everything you need for the best stay in Balneário Camboriú. The property is centrally located, 100 meters from Shopping Atlântico, and close to the city's best restaurants and shops.
The space is ideal for couples and families with children. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and quality stay.
- 01 suite 03 bedrooms (03 full bathrooms 01 toilet)
- Split air conditioning in 3 bedrooms and ceiling fan in the back bedroom.
- 1 private parking space that can accommodate pickup trucks. During the low season, I can try to secure a second space (subject to availability);
- Full kitchen with large refrigerator, electric oven, cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, blender, coffee maker, pots and pans and all utensils
- 85'' SMART TV in the living room, 55'' SMART TV in the suite, 60'' SMART TV in another room and 28'' SMART TV (APPLE TV) in the room with the suspended bed.

Nos hospedamos em 9 pessoas no imóvel e achamos simplesmente incrível. Localização perfeita, prédio e imóvel limpo, novo e muito organizado. Primeira vez que alugo um imóvel tão completo, principalmente para atender perfeitamente 9 pessoas. Cozinha bem completa, com TD que precisamos para nos atender. Durante nossa estadia foi decretado uma restrição bem severa fechando todo comércio no FDS devido a Pandemia COVID-19, então acabamos ficando bastante tempo utilizando o AP e só temos a elogiar.
Recepção incrível feita pelo Gustavo na qual fora mto prestativo em todo o processo da locação.
