Private garage, Wi-Fi internet, split air conditioning in the bedrooms (cold) and ceiling fan in the living room.
Located between Avenida Atlântica and Avenida Brasil; just 50 m from the beach. Close to: supermarkets, shops, restaurants, bakeries, pharmacies, tourist agencies, promenade, Atlântico shopping mall, etc.
Airy and very bright. It does not have an elevator. Second floor.
Bedroom 1: Double bed with Herval D33 foam mattress, new.
Bedroom 2: Two single box-spring beds with box spring mattress (with option to put the beds together).
Extra: a single foam mattress, an armchair bed.
In the living room: 40-inch smart TV, sofa bed and table for 6 people.
In the kitchen and laundry area: Frost Free refrigerator, cook top, 9 kg washing machine, ceramic tank, small appliances and kitchen utensils.
Comments:
- Photos are not recent.
- Barbecue in the party room, available for rent.
- Rates valid for up to 6 people.
- Daily rates start at 2:00 pm and end at 11:00 am on the last day.
