HOUSE RULES:*
■ Towels will be changed every 3 days and sheets will be changed every 6 days. (If you require an additional change, R$10.00 per item will be charged)
■ Smoking is prohibited inside the unit.
■ Visits from people who are not included in the hotel check-in are not permitted.
■ No pets allowed
■ Breakfast NOT included (Optional)
■ Daily room cleaning does not include cleaning of kitchen utensils, therefore, the guest must return the apartment with clean dishes, utensils and appliances.
■ The Hotel does not allow guests to take drinks and/or food to the Pool area, as the restaurant serves food there.
HOST UNDERAGE
■ If you are accompanied by a MINOR, please bring their identification document and if they are not a child, bring the parents' authorization with an electronic signature from the Government or notarized signature (will be required at Check-in)
CANCELLATION POLICY:
■ In the event of cancellation or withdrawal, there will be no refund of the amounts paid. The date may be rescheduled at least 30 days in advance of check-in, subject to the availability of the property and adjustment of the rental amount, if applicable.
■ Failure to pay the installments on the agreed dates will be considered as withdrawal.
■ Failure to appear on the reserved date will not entitle you to a refund or rescheduling.
DAMAGE TO PROPERTY:
■ Any damage caused to the property, equipment or linen must be replaced by the Tenant via PIX with value parameters consulted on the internet.
