CHANGE OF TOWELS AND LINEN:
■ Towels will be changed every 3 days.
■ The complete linen will be changed every 7 days.
■ Daily room cleaning does not include cleaning of kitchen utensils.
If extra towels or linens are required, requested by the guest, a cleaning fee of R$15.00 per item will be charged.
HOSTING CHANGE:
■ Up to 14 days before check-in, the date can be changed depending on the availability of the property and adjustment of the rental amount, if applicable. Failure to comply with the deadline and conditions will result in the loss of amounts already paid by the Tenant.
■ Any damage caused to the property, equipment or linen must be replaced by the Tenant via PIX with value parameters consulted on the internet.
