Tem tudo que a gente precisa, é muito bem decorada, disponibiliza livros para leitura (levamos alguns à praia), o quarto e o banheiro são espaçosos, as camas e as roupas de cama são confortáveis, e todos os equipamentos funcionam muito bem. A localização do imóvel é perfeita, a poucos passos da Praia do Pontal (onde há estrutura de quiosques dia e noite), ao lado do Centro Histórico e do Forte Defensor Perpétuo. Local muito tranquilo, seguro e silencioso, perfeito para quem gosta de fazer tudo a pé. Ah! Tem garagem.

The Caiçara Suite is a private unit within Casa do Pontal.
The property as a whole, which can be shared with other guests, has space for two cars parked in the garage and has a backyard and garden with fruit trees, such as coconut, lemon and strawberry trees, as well as various ornamental plants that thrive in the sun and shade, such as orchids, roses, Adam's Rib, Elephant's Foot, etc. In this space there is an outdoor shower available.
The Caiçara Suite is designed for couples, families or groups of friends who enjoy functional, comfortable and cozy environments, in a privileged location in Paraty.
To get to the Caiçara Suite, follow the corridor lit by the string of yellow lights that runs along the balcony/art gallery and turn right until you reach the first door guarded by a sculpture of an octopus wrapped in a traditional Caiçara oar.
