3-bedroom apartment one block from Forte beach (8-minute walk), with 2 air-conditioned suites and 1 bedroom with a ceiling fan; 3 full bathrooms (including those in the suites); living room with sofa and dining table; windows and balcony with safety netting; fully equipped kitchen with all appliances; laundry area with washing machine; 2 parking spaces for medium-sized cars (one regular/free and the other against the wall; where the driver will exit through the passenger door); building with elevator; Wi-Fi internet shared with the condominium; internal camera system. Accessible for the elderly and children.
Comfortably accommodates 8 people in beds. MAXIMUM ACCOMMODATION 8 (EIGHT) PEOPLE INCLUDING ADULTS AND CHILDREN. Being:
Suite 1 with double bed and 1 crib/child's bed (air conditioning and ceiling fan) access to the large balcony

Excelente apartamento para temporada. Muito amplo, confortável e ventilado. Quartos grandes. Atende com folga 8 pessoas. Muito bem mobiliado, equipado, conservado e limpo. Localização excelente. Fica a uma quadra da praia e do comércio. Não precisa tirar o carro da garagem. Duas garagem cobertas e independentes, de fácil acesso. Anfitriã muito atenciosa e solista. Superou as expectativas.
