🏘 Condominium area has wi-fi, swimming pool, barbecue, table tennis and pool, indoor soccer court and shuttlecock and sauna. The use by tenants staying in the building is allowed as long as the rules of use determined by the condominium are respected.
👨👨👧👧 Maximum 10 people, up to 12 if they are 2 small children (up to 5 years old). These are rules of the condominium and I am subject to a fine if I do not comply with them.

My name is Joyce and I have been living in Cabo Frio for 10 years with my husband and 3 children. I was born and raised in Rio de Janeiro, but I moved to Brasília because of work. After living 5 years in Brasília I moved to Cabo Frio. I have 2 properties one in the Braga neighborhood where I lived for 5 years, this property is available for rent all year. Today, I live in my other property, a penthouse very close to the beach of Forte São Mateus. I love living here and I consider it the best spot in Cabo Frio, but unlike tourists I prefer to be in the city out of season.
