House for vacation rental in Arraial do Cabo
House located 300 m from the main stretch of Praia Grande beachfront and 200 m from the ascent to Pontal do Atalaia, in a quiet location yet close to shops, recreation area, beach and bars.
Furthermore, you will have at your disposal a gourmet area with a masonry pool adorned with a waterfall, lighting and a shallow area for children, a barbecue, a covered veranda, a 49-inch smart TV (Sky subscription with Premiere included), Wi-Fi and a beer cooler so that your drink is served ice cold.
The house has two parking spaces, three bedrooms, one of which is a suite, all bedrooms with air conditioning (from 6 pm to 11 am) and a fan.
1st bedroom - (suite) one double bed plus a bunk bed and an additional bed.
Second bedroom - one double bed and two single beds.
Third bedroom - one double bed and one bunk bed.
Two of the bedrooms have access to the front balcony with hammocks.
Service area.
Guest bathroom.
Wifi available throughout the house.
Living room with a 43-inch Smart TV and two sofas.
Kitchen equipped with all essential utensils, refrigerator and stove.
Gourmet area with comfortable seating for meals and a bathroom.
The facilities are spread across four floors:
1st floor - garage and living room;
Second floor - kitchen, guest bathroom, gourmet area, swimming pool, barbecue and outdoor bathroom;
3rd floor - two bedrooms and front porch of the house.
4th floor - bedroom with ensuite bathroom and service area.
Unfortunately, we do not accept pets in the house.
Bed linen and towels are sold separately if interested.
Cleaning fee of R$400 for all rentals.
We provide a detailed contract. 50% is required to reserve the property, and the remaining half is paid on the day of arrival.
Alternatively, you can pay in up to 12 installments with your credit card, with a small 10% surcharge.
