Super cozy studio apartment 100 meters from Figueira beach and 200 meters from the crystal clear lagoon. 8 minutes from the entrance to Ponta do Alcaira, known as Caminho de Moisés, with a buggy ride on site. A beautiful and peaceful place, excellent for enjoying with your family. We have a small market on the corner and several shops for lunch and snacks, a butcher's shop, a pharmacy and a hospital with emergency services, all close to the studio apartment and 20 km from the center of Arraial do Cabo, with beautiful beaches to be explored. We have a place to park your car in front of the residence, safely and at no cost.
