My house is simple, however, it is functional and has an excellent location, close to the market, pharmacies, banks and because it is centralized, it is about a 5-minute walk to the edge of Praia Grande and 10 minutes to Prainha or Praia dos Anjos, being able to go to all the beaches on foot.It is an apartment-type house, with a shared entrance for 2 apartments and corresponds to the first floor.
It has a flight of stairs.
The kitchen has a refrigerator, stove, coffee maker, juicer, sandwich maker, microwave, blender, electric grill and cooking utensils.
We have a room with a double bed and a room with 2 bunk beds.
All rooms have a fan.
The house has Wi-Fi and Smart TV in the living room.
We rent for a group of maximum 6 people, including children.
There is no garage, so it is possible to park on the street of the house or in the streets around the property.
There is a rotating parking lot on the corner of the street.
We do not provide bed linen, hygiene products or towels.
There are extra pillows on site.
Attention!! Due to the city's supply problems during high season, the house has a pump system, making it necessary to turn it on and off manually. We teach how to use it at check-in.
