House for vacation rental in Armação dos Búzios
The house is built on a 500-square-meter single-family lot, on a residential street with friendly neighbors. It provides complete security and privacy for guests. It features the following spaces:
1) Four suites with split air conditioning in all;
2) Fully equipped American kitchen (duplex refrigerator, stove, microwave, Soft Everest water purifier, Nespresso coffee maker, etc.)
3) Living room with dining table, sofa and TV;
4) External laundry;
5) Balcony with benches, loveseat and hammocks;
6) Swimming pool (adult, children's and wet deck) with table, chairs, umbrella and sun loungers;
7) Barbecue with pizza oven, duplex refrigerator, TV, stools, dining table and stereo; and
8) High wall with automatic gate and electric fence.
OBSERVATIONS:
- House for family group use only.
- It is not permitted to exceed the number of guests, parties and events.
- The advertised daily rate refers to the low season period (April to June and September to November), not including weekends and holidays.
- We provide a change of bed linen for a resort fee.
- We are pet friendly for a fee.

Espaços integrados na Sala, Cozinha, Varanda, Piscina e área Goumert, criando um ambiente acolhedor, muita fluidez, sem interromper a comunicação entre os hóspedes, aliado ao clima agradável do local.
Espaços bem cuidados, acomodações limpas e confortáveis.
Residência muito bem localizada, onde se faz tudo a pé, Praia de Geribá, Comércio farto e iclusive o Porto da Barra.
Agradeço o auxílio do Wanderson, sempre muito solícito e da Dalva que nos ajudou nas tarefas domésticas, um doce de pessoa.

Foi o nosso segundo ano na casa, dessa vez tivemos a Mônica nos recebendo e só melhorou a nossa experiência na casa. A casa é realmente perto de tudo, praia de Geribá, mercado, mercadinho, posto de gasolina, avenida principal. Além do imóvel ser novo, bem cuidado, piscineiro vem 2 em 2 dias e também é muito simpático. O bairro é bem fresco Fica de feedback ter uma rede de vôlei na piscina!
