Beautiful rustic style house. The house is on a small hill with a fantastic view of the sea, probably the best in Búzios. You can also look at Ferrandurinha and Geriba beaches and even Cabo FrioThis fantastic villa was made by the famous Brazilian architect Claudio Bernandes in 1993
The house is built in special wood only to be found in Búzios. Only 3 houses with this design exist in Búzios
Large picture windows in the living room and old fashioned, handmade bricks on the roof. Very special and has to be seen. Each room is made especially with its own names and each room has a private bath and toalett.
From each room, you can step out into a beautiful and very private garden. large private pool and barbecue
If you want to go to the beach, then your only 7 -10 min walk from the Geriba or Ferrandurinha beach house....
From the house it is only 10 - 15 minutes by car to the city center. you can rent a "buggry" (beach car), so it's easy to go for a trip to the beaches or have a meal at one of the good restaurants in town
Please note that we have very modern high speed fans in the bedrooms..no air condition !
In the house, there is a great living room with Satelitte TV (Brazilian and international channels). Downstairs you will find a good selection of books in many languages All are free for guests to use. We have a game room with a big Toto table. fun entertainment
We have 150MB fiber WiFi internet free in the house to use for guests.
There is also a dining area with a capacity for about 8 people at a time.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a freezer, fridge, microwave and other fascilities. Plenty of plates, glasses, forks, knives for 12 people.
The maximum number of people in the house is 12, as there are 12 beds.
We have a 'caretaker' who can help with anything you need to take care of, and we can offer the 'maid' service if you need to have your clothes washed and so on. This can be handled directly with Graciane for an extra payment.
You can park your car inside a secure area in front of our home. We have a stone wall around our property and light throughout the night.
Everything in the house is included in the rent and is free to use, but there is no extra service from our staff included in the rental price.
All beds will have clean sheets, but as an additional hygiene measure, guests must bring their own towels
The extra fee in addition to the rent includes cleaning the house and pool, delivering water for use in showers, electricity and gas.
