We are located in a residential area of the Arpoador neighborhood, in Rasa, 300 meters from local shops, where there are supermarkets, pharmacies, cafes, a pastry shop, a pizzeria, and restaurants.
We are a 5-minute drive from a nearly deserted beach, the incredible Mirante do Pai Vitório viewpoint, the Mangue de Pedras mangrove swamp, and about 10km from the famous Rua das Pedras street.
If you wake up early, you'll have the opportunity to hear the songs of the great kiskadees, see the beautiful sunrise from the balcony, or admire the full moon nights.
The loft is located on the top floor of our house, offering security, a private garage, and a separate entrance.
The air-conditioned environment, with stunning views, complements this space with a queen bed, sofa, Smart TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, walk-in closet, kitchen equipped with a 2-burner cooktop, microwave, mini-fridge and a sink suitable for preparing breakfast and light meals.
There is a spacious bathroom with a gas heater and a privileged view of a nature reserve.
