1 - Location:
Porto Barlavento Condominium, in Praia Vermelha, between the Historic Village of Mambucaba and the Residential Village of Praia Brava – Km 524.5 on the Rio-Santos Highway.
2 - The House
- Seven (7) suites, two suites with double beds and five suites with two (2) beds single, for a total of 13 people.
- THERE ARE NO additional beds for use in the rooms.
- Air conditioning in all suites.
- Social area with television room, reading room, fireplace, card table and library.
- Dining room and living room with wide views of the pool and leisure area.
- Toilet in the social area.
- Kitchen with pantry, laundry area and service bathroom.
- Complete laundry and service bathroom.
- Games room with snooker table and foosball.
- Gym room.
- Humid Sauna.
- Swimming pool with hydromassage, lighting and waterfall.
- Gourmet space, with barbecue and an area of 32 m2.
- External bathroom to serve the pool area.

- Open spaces for several cars, all within the property.

3 - The Property
The total land area is approximately 6,000 m2, all fenced with absolute privacy. One part covered with original Atlantic Forest and the other with peach palm plantations.
4 - Water
The supply of all water to the Porto Barlavento Condominium is through collection from water mines, in Serra do Mar, in the condominium's own area, which, through gravity pipes, supplies the general water tank. In the object property, three water tanks with 15,000 liters and a stainless steel filter are installed. All water in the condominium is drinkable.
5 - Nautical support:
Condomínio Barlavento has a marina with dry spaces for parking boats. It has a good capacity winch and a large tractor for moving boats.
6 - Support on the beach:
The owner's chairs and umbrellas will be available to the owner and tenants, as well as bathrooms, a nautical radio booth, an ice machine for use in the beach.
