Facing the sea and surrounded by nature, Casa dos Coqueiros offers complete accommodation for up to 16 guests, with spacious rooms, privileged views, exclusive leisure facilities, and an included service team.
The property is divided into 5 main areas:
1 • Main House
Integrated social space with an industrial kitchen (with a cook's assistant), a gourmet area with a barbecue, a dining room, and a spacious living room with a TV. The pool area features a wet sauna and a dry sauna, as well as a direct view of the sea—perfect for the end of the day.
2 • Games Room
Attached to the main house, it features a pool table, card table, and sound system, as well as a 180° panoramic view of the sea. An environment designed for socializing and entertainment, ideal for relaxing days in Angra.
3 • Upper Floor (master bedrooms)
The private area features two spacious bedrooms, including the Master Suite, with a bathroom, bathtub (not a whirlpool tub), and large windows overlooking the forest and sea. The Junior Suite has two double beds and a private bathroom.
4 • Bungalows for guests
Two independent bungalows, each with a suite (double bed) and an additional bedroom (two single beds), both with bathroom and air conditioning. An excellent area to receive friends and family with more privacy.
5 • Outdoor area and deck
Large lawn facing the sea, ideal for children and pets, plus a pier with a mooring buoy, perfect for those arriving by boat. Open space with cinematic views of the coast and the sea of Angra.
All rooms have a sea view.
Air conditioning in all bedrooms and in the games room.
Cook, housekeeper, and caretaker included.
Bed linen and towels provided.
10 minutes swimming from Praia do Leste.
Support with transportation to/from Rio and boat rentals.
Minimum rental of 2 days.
