Guest bathroom, suite bathroom and toilet with cabinets.
Kitchen with stove, refrigerator, cabinets. Utensils (glasses, plates, cutlery, pans, coffee bottle, cups, etc...).
Small covered balcony with side view of the sea (round glass table with wicker chairs), laundry area with sink, clotheslines and utensils.
Large garage with remote control.
Close to restaurants, pharmacies, supermarkets, beauty salon, bars and snack bars.
Small building with 3 floors only, no elevator.

We ask that guests bring bed linen, towels and tea towels.
The guest room is kept locked with some of the owner's furniture and belongings.
NOTE: The rooms are temporarily without wardrobes.
Pre-reservations will be canceled if payment is not confirmed within 3 (business days) and cannot become a confirmed reservation. Reservations must be made at least 48 hours before the arrival date. The consultation for availability and budget must be made at the same time in advance. The site releases communication messages with some waiting time for analysis. Key delivery (entry and exit) can only be carried out during business hours.
