O imóvel é bem localizado, porém os colchões estão em péssimo estado e cheirando a mofo. Por causa da alergia minha e de meus filhos não ficamos no imóvel e tivemos que alugar outro.
Igor Pedrosa: Julberto. O imóvel que está destacado no anúncio não foi o que vc solicitou a reserva, por estar ocupado na sua data requerida. Para atendê-lo em uma alta temporada, tive que buscar uma solução em um grupo de corretores parceiros. Foi apresentado para sua apreciação, fotos, localização e descrição do imóvel, prontamente vc o reservou.
Sua locação foi a partir do dia 20/01/2023, o Apt em questão esteve ocupado por diferentes famílias desde 23/12/2022 e nunca se manifestaram a respeito.
Em consequência ao ocorrido, acordamos em devolução de parte do valor pago, situação esta que dificilmente há acordos por exigências infundadas do Locador.
Tivemos tbem prejuízos por não conseguir a locação pela sua desistência. Sinto muito em não poder ter atendido as exigências de sua família, mas acredito que não foi meramente por um colchão com cheiro de mofo, este item nunca me foi relatado. Mas estarei a disposição.
