My name is Nancyra and I have lived in the United States for 39 years with my husband Jeff and my son David. I am from Nova Friburgo, Rio de Janeiro and since I was little my father would take the family on vacation to Guarapari. I remember that there weren't many buildings back then, everything was very simple. But my father saw something special in this charming city and ended up buying an apartment and went to live there with my mother. Already living in the United States, in 1989 I bought an apartment there to spend my vacation too. In 2005, I went to Guarapari with my husband for our honeymoon and it was love at first sight. Walking along the beach and without speaking a word of Portuguese, he saw the penthouse, talked to the broker and convinced me to buy it! From that day on, it has been nothing but joy! I take care of the penthouse as if it were the house I live in (I only go there once or twice a year) and our clients are treated like friends. I am very strict about the care of the penthouse. It has to be organized the way I would like to be if I were renting a property of this category. Welcome to our home! I promise to do my best to make your stay unforgettable!
