It has all the necessary equipment and utensils for a comfortable and peaceful stay.
Wifi throughout the apartment and satellite TV.
Free covered rotating parking.
Within the condominium we have a bakery, a restaurant, and a supermarket.
Located opposite the boardwalk on Avenida Beira-Mar (Meireles Beach) and the craft market, close to the best hotels, restaurants, bars, pharmacies, supermarket, McDonald's, beach kiosks, banks, etc.
HOUSE RULES

Smoking is prohibited in the apartment, except on the balcony, and even then, caution is advised.
No pets allowed.
- Visitor requests must be registered 24 hours in advance and are limited to the apartment's capacity. The maximum number of guests allowed cannot be exceeded.
- Extra charge for energy consumption: R$ 1.50 per kilowatt consumed.
We do not accept more than 4 people.
Only guests registered at the time of are allowed.
Loud music is prohibited after 10:00 PM on the balcony or in the apartment.
- We provide a free towel kit per guest for each minimum stay.
- A security deposit of 500 Reais is required upon entry as a guarantee against damage to the property, which will be returned upon completion after verification that everything is in order.
-All fees must be paid upon departure, either one day before or on the same day.
-Extra cleaning fee: 160.00 Reais
- Extra bed linen (towels and sheets) at 7 Reais each.
