Located 1 km from Stella Maris beach and 8 minutes from the airport, surrounded by markets, bars, shops, bakeries, snack bars, restaurants, gyms, laundromats, salons, and squares. It's the ideal location for those who want to enjoy a vacation or need to work, but don't want to compromise on their quality of life on weekends. The kitchen includes: a water filter, refrigerator, microwave, 4-burner cooktop, dishes, utensils, pots, pans, blender, coffee maker, and sandwich maker.
In the service area there is a tank and a security gate at the entrance to the stairs. The 32" Smart TV with sound system is located in the living room, where there is also a 2-seater sofa bed.
In the bedroom, a comfortable double bed, air conditioning, a wall-mounted wardrobe, a chair, blackout curtains, and pillows.

Notes:
➡ Attention!! The balcony does not have a safety net.
➡ The free-to-air TV signal is poor throughout the region, unfortunately, but the TV is Smart and has apps.
➡ We are not located in a condominium and there are no parking spaces. There are parking spaces on the street, almost always in front of the accommodation itself.
➡ Below the house there is a pizzeria, with great value for money. It's open until 11pm and its business is mainly delivery.
➡ You need to climb 5 steps to access the key safe and entrance gate of the accommodation. After the gate, there are 10 more steps. Due to a construction flaw, the steps are quite high and require some effort to climb. For this reason alone, we do not recommend renting this property for people with limited mobility.
➡ Trash: should be taken outside -> exiting the house, turn right at the post and then right again at the first large gate.
➡ Electricity, gas, and internet are included in the rental price.
➡ The house is located on the second floor of the access road to Stella Maris beach - known for its intense activity and associated noise (from cars, pedestrians and local businesses) - especially on weekends, during holidays and festivals.
