Semi-detached house, with 4 bedrooms with wooden ceilings, 2 bathrooms with glass shower screens, full kitchen, living room, garden, balcony, backyard and parking.
Facing the street (Vila Militar), the house is located laterally towards the beach. Just go out the gate to see the sea - or turn right, cross the street and take the desired dip. Perfect for families, for leisure or work, and very well located, in the paradise that is Itapuã.
Tables and chairs are also available for guests to use in the outdoor area.
Large plot of land with 1000 m2 of private area and 250 m2 of built area. There will be a hammock on the balcony waiting for your arrival 😉
IMPORTANT:
▪︎ Check-in from 3pm - Check-out until 12pm
▪︎ The key safe password will be sent up to 1 hour before arrival
▪︎ The first bedroom has air conditioning. The others have fans.
▪︎ We do not allow VISITORS in our accommodations: the overnight stay of each adult, child, baby or pet not informed at the time of will be charged double.
▪ The cleaning fee is NON-negotiable: it covers the costs of staff, cleaning products, laundry, supplies and everything we use to keep the accommodation ready for each stay. Smokers must use the outside areas of the accommodation - and trash must be taken to the corner, to the left of the gate. If the accommodation is returned very dirty, with trash or odors, a new cleaning fee will be charged.
▪ Damaged or stained towels or sheets (from makeup, sunscreen or others) will be charged to the guest for replacement.
▪ Electricity and water bills will be calculated according to consumption and charged after check-out according to the formula: (check-out meter - check-in meter) * R$2.30 (two reais and thirty cents). Photos of the meters will be taken upon check-in and check-out for record purposes.
▪ Collect your trash and leave your dishes clean before leaving. Turn off everything you've turned on since you arrived and don't forget to leave the key where you found it 😉
