Perfect for families, for leisure or work, and very well located in the paradise that is Itapuã.
IMPORTANT:

▪︎ The key safe combination will be sent up to 1 hour before arrival.
▪︎ We do not allow VISITORS in our accommodations: the overnight stay for each adult, child, baby, or pet not informed at the time of will be charged double.
▪ The cleaning fee is NON-negotiable: it covers the costs of staff, cleaning products, laundry, supplies, and everything else we use to prepare the accommodation for each stay. Smokers must use the outdoor areas of the accommodation – and trash must be taken to the corner to the left of the gate. If the accommodation is returned very dirty, with trash or odors, a new cleaning fee will be charged.
▪ Towels or sheets that are damaged or stained (makeup, sunscreen, or other stains) will be charged for replacement to the guest.
▪ Energy and water bills will be calculated according to consumption and charged after check-out using the following formula: (check-out meter - check-in meter) * R$ 1.30 (one real and thirty cents). Photos of the meters will be taken upon check-in and check-out for record-keeping purposes.
▪ Take out your trash and wash the dishes before you leave. Turn off everything you've been using since you arrived and don't forget to leave your key where you found it 😉
