Charming duplex village in the center of Praia do Forte!Completely renovated and tastefully redecorated, this apartment (duplex) offers a lot of comfort, functionality and a fantastic location. Perfect for families and groups of up to 8 people!
It has 4/4 air-conditioned rooms, on the ground floor there is a double suite (bunk bed) and a double room (double bed) with balcony. On the first floor we have the other two double bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. A full bathroom on the ground floor and another on the first floor that serves the rooms in a shared way.
To get to the apartment entrance, you have to climb some stairs to the first floor of the Village (building). As soon as you enter the apartment (Duplex) you will find the living room, open to the American kitchen and the balcony, overlooking the garden and swimming pool. Going up the internal stairs, in addition to the access to the rooms, there is a mezzanine with a second room with Smart TV (60"), a library and a comfortable sofa bed. The kitchen is complete, all appliances and utensils are new.In the back, we have access to a balcony/service area with washing machine, clothesline and several utensils.
Condominio Vilarejo do Farol is a small condominium, with only 24 units, familiar and very pleasant. It has a garden area, kioske and swimming pool with umbrellas and chairs. Access is via the reception/concierge, which is open 24 hours a day.
