Excelente!
Casa muito confortável e organizada, chegamos estava tudo pronto para nos receber, freezers e geladeiras já estavam ligados. A atenção do Edson antes da chegada foi muito importante, nos orientando sobre temporada, preços de coisas, trânsito. Além disso ele fez o translado até balsa 3 vezes para nos, condomínio silencioso, haborizado e muito tranquilo. Zero defeitos!

As fotos e o anúncio correspondem exatamente ao que é a casa. Espaçosa, camas confortáveis, cozinha bem montada, três quartos com ar e um com ventilador de teto, varanda confortável, banheiros bem distribuidos, piscina e churrasqueira muito boas.
Excelente opção para quem irá viajar de carro pois fica a quase 2 km da praia e a 1 km do comércio e os carros de aplicativo no verão são hiper concorridos o que os faz demorar. Conta com boa opção de ônibus a 300 metros da casa a partir das 6 da manhã.
O lugar é muito tranquilo e Edson e sua esposa foram hiper atenciosos.
Recomendo.
