My accommodation features 5 suites and 1 guest room, all equipped with Smart TVs and air conditioning. It also features a living room, a full kitchen, a balcony with spectacular views, and a gourmet area with a barbecue grill, draft beer tap, an ice machine, and a beer cooler.
We offer our guests 1 chef and 1 cleaning lady.
We take care of the house with all the care and attention, with the aim of providing the greatest comfort and the best possible stay for you.
*Service providers have fixed working hours. Consult in advance;
**We provide bed linen and towels for your stay with us;
***We do not charge electricity for an average daily consumption of 30kWh/day. If you exceed this amount, the excess will be charged at check-out. Water and gas are already included in the rate;
****A deposit of R$2,500.00 is required. This must be paid via bank transfer within 7 days of confirmation and will be refunded within 7 business days of check-out (for New Year's Eve reservations, the deposit amount will be doubled);
*****It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests registration and release at the reception/property.
The composition of the rooms is as follows:
- Suite 1 (Ground floor): Split air conditioning; Smart TV; Blackout curtain; 1 Magnetic Queen bed.

- Suite 5 (Superior): Split air conditioning; Smart TV; Blackout curtain; 1 double bed.
The condominium features two swimming pools, a tennis court, a beach tennis court, a soccer field, plenty of green space (an Atlantic Forest reserve), and a 24-hour concierge. A free shuttle service is available Friday through Sunday to access the village and beach. Schedules are subject to availability.
The outdoor area of the house is undoubtedly the best part, being equipped with a swimming pool, dining furniture and a green area with direct contact with nature.
Praia do Forte is an excellent place to be in touch with nature and relax on the beautiful beaches.
