For those seeking greater comfort, additional services can be arranged during your stay, subject to availability and prior, through our partners;
- Kitchen service for breakfast, lunch or dinner;
- Welcome reception with breakfast basket;
- Cleaning service during your stay;
- Grocery shopping before your arrival;
- An experience designed so that you arrive with everything ready and can make the most of your stay;
- After confirmation, we will provide the concierge's contact information for inquiries about prices and availability.
*Cleaning service is provided from 8 am to 12 pm. If you are interested in extending the service for the rest of the day, a fee equivalent to half a day's rate will be charged;
We provide bed linens and towels for your stay with us;
***We do not charge for electricity; average daily consumption is 30 kWh/day. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be charged at check-out. Water and gas are already included in the rate. For reservations longer than 30 nights, water and electricity are charged setely.
A security deposit of R$2500.00 is required. This must be paid via bank transfer within 7 days of confirmation and will be refunded within 7 business days after check-out (for New Year's Eve bookings, the deposit will be doubled).
