Excellent high standard house, located in Praia do Forte, with complete security and infrastructure!My space has 5 suites (1 ground floor), all air-conditioned and with TV. In addition, it has a large living room with pool views and a full kitchen. The outdoor area, which is the highlight of my property, has a beautiful swimming pool, gourmet area equipped with barbecue, umbrellas, sun loungers.
*There is a daily wage included in the rate.
We take care of the house with great care and care, with the aim of providing you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay.
*We provide bed and bath linen for your stay with us;
**We do not charge electricity fees, average daily consumption of 30kWh/day. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be charged at check-out. Water and gas already included in the rate;
***A deposit of R$2,000.00 is required. It must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after and the refund will be within 7 working days after check-out;
****It will be necessary to send documents for all guests, registration and release at the reception/property.
The composition of the rooms is as follows:
Suite 1 (ground floor): 1 double bed, closet, TV and split air conditioning.
Suite 2 (superior): 1 double bed, closet, TV and split air conditioning.
Suite 3 (superior): 1 double bed, closet, TV and split air conditioning.
Suite 4 (superior): 1 double bed, closet, TV and split air conditioning.
Suite 5 (superior): 1 king bed, closet, TV and split air conditioning.
*Note: The maximum occupancy of the house is 10 adults and 2 children up to 12 years old.
The Condominium has 2 (two) swimming pools, tennis court, football field, lots of green area (Atlantic Forest reserve) and 24-hour concierge. It also has a free transfer service available from Friday to Sunday to access the village and beach. Times according to availability.
The outdoor area of the house is undoubtedly the best part, being equipped with a swimming pool, dining furniture and a green area in direct contact with nature.
Praia do Forte is an excellent place to be in contact with nature and relax on the beautiful beaches and swimming pool in my space. Furthermore, its intense nightlife, with many options of bars and restaurants, is a strength of the location. All these attractions make my space an excellent choice.
