Casa Malibu is a high-end mansion located in the Praia Bella Condominium, Praia do Forte/BA. It has a total area of 700m2, 5 air-conditioned suites, a maid's room, Wi-Fi, living room and TV, kitchen, wine cellar with various labels (extra cost), laundry room, gourmet and beer area, barbecue, swimming pool, hot tub, living room and large green area.

Room configuration:

Suite 1 - balcony, king bed, 55" TV, walk-in closet, bathroom with double shower, air conditioning;

Suite 2 - balcony, 2 bunk beds (sleeps 4 singles), chest of drawers, air conditioning, bathroom;

Suite 3 - balcony, queen bed, single bunk bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, bathroom;

Suite 4 - queen bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, desk for home office, bathroom;

Suite 5 (ground floor) - queen bed, dresser, air conditioning, bathroom.

Parking for 7 vehicles.

* We provide bed linen and towels, which will be changed starting on the 6th day;

* Water and electricity are charged separately, see meter readings at check-in and check-out. Payment at check-out;

*WATER: R$19.99 per cubic meter consumed*
*ELECTRICITY: R$ 1.50 per kWh consumed*

We can recommend a cook and other services for an extra charge. Subject to availability.

We offer a cleaning service at an extra cost of R$200 per day.

Praia Bella Condominium is one of the newest and most complete in Praia do Forte/BA, featuring a large area surrounded by native vegetation, a beautiful lagoon bordered by a trail, beach access, a high-standard club with adult and children's pools, a park, a gym, tennis, soccer, basketball, beach volleyball and beach tennis courts, a pet area, a gym and a branch of "Bar do Souza", and 24-hour security. (*Sports courts are subject to reservation, depending on availability/access to the gym is by registration and subject to condominium rules).

Praia Bella boasts a privileged location in the most prestigious area of Praia do Forte, with exclusive beach access and within easy reach of various local attractions, such as the village, Projeto Tamar, Instituto Baleia Jubarte, and Castelo Garcia D'Ávila, all approximately a 7-minute drive away.

The condominium offers a free van shuttle to the village of Praia do Forte on Saturdays from 6:30 PM to 11:30 PM, and transportation within the complex by golf carts from 9 AM to 5 PM.
