Fully furnished and decorated space! On the ground floor, an open concept, where the living room, kitchen and entire outdoor area are integrated, which are surrounded by trees. In addition, it has 2 very cozy suites, like the rest of the house! It has another 3 suites on the upper floor, and in the outdoor area there is a great swimming pool, barbecue and green area.
We take care of the house with great care and care, with the aim of providing you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay.
*We provide bed and bath linen for your stay with us;
**Water and energy consumption is charged according to consumption at the end of the stay;
***A deposit of R$2,500.00 is required. It must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after confirming the reservation and the refund will be within 7 working days after check-out (New Year's Eve reservations the security deposit will be doubled);
****It will be necessary to send documents for all guests, registration and release at the reception/property.

Located between the sea with its crystalline pools and the calm of the Timeantube lagoon, a privileged place, with historical and cultural attractions such as the Garcia D'Ávila Castle, the Tamar Project and the Baleia Jubarte Institute, complemented by the bohemia of the charming village, the practical sports on one of its beautiful beaches or an adventure trail through the Sapiranga Reserve. All these attractions make my space an excellent choice to please different types of tastes, as it has a balance between peace, rest and the hustle and bustle of the village.
