House with 320 m2 of usable area, divided into 2 floors. The house is made of stone and wood, with a palisade roof and double-height ceiling on the upper floor, integrating perfectly into the natural landscape. On the lower floor are 3 suites (comfortably accommodating 8 people), and on the upper floor is a terrace with a deck and swimming pool, a large living room with home theater, a fully equipped kitchen with stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, washing machine and dryer, Gaggia coffee maker, 65" flat-screen smart TV with Apple TV, receiver and home theater (independent sound system in the living room and balcony). All suites have a full bathroom with integrated shower and split air conditioning (silent). Maid, cleaning and cook services can be reserved upon preference. Babysitters can also be hired directly on site. The house is located 50 minutes from Salvador airport, 400m from Praia do Forte beach, accessible from the resort through a preserved mangrove area (with accessibility). The house is located in an environmental preservation area within the Praia do Forte reserve, linked to the Tivoli Eco-Resort, one of the most luxurious eco-resorts in the world, to which guests have full access.
