House for vacation rental in Mata de São João
My accommodation consists of 3 suites and 2 bedrooms, all with air conditioning. It also has a living room, a full kitchen, a gourmet area with a barbecue grill, a beautiful pool, a private sauna, and a furnished outdoor area.
We take care of the house with all the care and attention, with the aim of providing the greatest comfort and the best possible stay for you.
*We provide bed linen and towels for your stay with us;
**Water and electricity consumption is charged according to consumption at the end of the stay;
***A deposit of R$2,500.00 is required. This must be paid via bank transfer within 7 days of confirmation and will be refunded within 7 business days of check-out (for New Year's Eve reservations, the deposit amount will be doubled);
****It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests registration and release at the reception/property.
*****This property is subject to consultation, confirmation of reservation, the owner's approval of the values proposed on our website will be required.
The composition of the rooms is as follows:
Suite 1 (Ground Floor): 1 Queen bed, Smart TV, Split air conditioning, closets and blackout curtains.
Suite 2 (Superior): 1 King bed, 1 crib, Smart TV, minibar, split air conditioning and blackout curtains.
Suite 3 (Superior): 1 Queen bed, Smart TV, minibar, split air conditioning and blackout curtains.
Bedroom 1 (Superior): 2 single beds with extra bed, split air conditioning and blackout curtains.
Bedroom 2 (Superior): 1 double bed, Smart TV, split air conditioning and blackout curtain.
NOTE: Bedrooms 1 and 2 have a bathroom in the hallway;
**NOTE: We have 4 extra single mattresses in the property.**
The condominium features two swimming pools, a tennis court, a beach tennis court, a soccer field, plenty of green space (an Atlantic Forest reserve), and a 24-hour concierge. A free shuttle service is available Friday through Sunday to access the village and beach. Schedules are subject to availability.
The outdoor area of the house is undoubtedly the best part, being equipped with a swimming pool, dining furniture and a green area with direct contact with nature.
Praia do Forte is an excellent place to be in touch with nature and relax on the beautiful beaches and pool.
