My place is fully furnished and decorated! It has 5 suites (1 on the ground floor), all with split air conditioning, a cozy living room integrated with the kitchen (which is also super equipped), and a gourmet balcony with a barbecue. In addition, it has an excellent outdoor area with a wonderful pool and garden.
We take great care of the house, aiming to provide you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay.
*We provide bed linens and towels for your stay with us;
Water and energy consumption is charged according to usage, at the end of your stay;
***A security deposit of R$2500.00 is required. This must be paid via bank transfer within 7 days of confirmation, and will be refunded within 7 business days after check-out (for New Year's Eve bookings, the security deposit will be doubled);
****INCLUDES HOUSEKEEPER (Working hours: 8am to 4pm) The employee is only responsible for cleaning;
****It will be necessary to send the registration and clearance documents for all guests at the reception/property.
*****This property is subject to availability; reservation confirmation requires the owner's approval of the prices listed on our website.
****** At check-in and check-out, readings are taken from the energy and water meters, consumption is calculated, and billing is applied. For energy consumption, a rate of R$ 1.10 per kilowatt used is applied. Water consumption is estimated based on Embasa's summer tariff table. (See the values at the link: https://www.embasa.ba.gov.br/w/tarifas-2025)
We do not allow guest changes while the stay is in progress, even if the number of people remains within the permitted capacity of the property.
The rooms are arranged as follows:
Suite 1 (Ground Floor): 2 single beds, split air conditioning and wardrobe;
Suite 2 (Superior): 1 queen bed, split air conditioning and wardrobe;
Suite 3 (Superior): 1 queen bed, split air conditioning, wardrobe and Smart TV;
Suite 4 (Superior): 1 queen bed, split air conditioning, wardrobe and Smart TV;
Suite 5 (Superior): 2 single beds and split air conditioning.
Situated between the sea with its crystal-clear pools and the calm waters of the Timeantube lagoon.
