My space is fully furnished and decorated! It has 5 suites (1 on the ground floor), all with split air conditioning, a cozy living room integrated with the kitchen (which is also fully equipped), and a gourmet balcony with a barbecue. It also has an excellent outdoor area with a wonderful pool and garden.
We take care of the house with all the care and attention, with the aim of providing the greatest comfort and the best possible stay for you.
*We provide bed linen and towels for your stay with us;
**Water and energy consumption is charged according to consumption, at the end of the stay;
***A deposit of R$2,500.00 is required. This must be paid via bank transfer within 7 days of confirmation and will be refunded within 7 business days of check-out (for New Year's Eve reservations, the deposit amount will be doubled);
****HAS A DAY LADY INCLUDED (Working hours: 8am to 4pm) employee only takes care of cleaning;
****It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests registration and release at the reception/property.
*****This property is subject to consultation, confirmation of reservation, the owner's approval of the values proposed on our website will be required.

Nestled between the sea with its crystal-clear pools and the tranquility of the Timeantube Lagoon, this privileged location boasts historical and cultural attractions such as Garcia D'Ávila Castle, the Tamar Project, and the Humpback Whale Institute. It's complemented by the bohemian atmosphere of the charming village, the opportunity to practice sports on one of its beautiful beaches, or an adventure trail through the Sapiranga Reserve. All these attractions make my space an excellent choice for a variety of tastes, as it offers a balance between tranquility, relaxation, and the hustle and bustle of the village.
