In addition, it has a living room, full kitchen, gourmet area with barbecue, a beautiful swimming pool, sand court with hammock and outdoor area with furniture.

**Deposit: bookings made require the payment of a deposit in the amount of R$ 2,500.00. This deposit must be made via bank transfer within a period of up to 7 days after the reservation and the return will be made within a period of up to 5 working days after check-out;
***We do not charge an average daily consumption fee of 40 kWh/day. If you exceed this amount, the excess will be charged at check-out. Water and gas already included in the rate.
