Space consisting of 4 bedrooms (3 suites, 1 ground floor), full kitchen and 2 living rooms. In addition, it has a great outdoor area with a swimming pool, barbecue and balcony.
*Cleaning lady included from Monday to Friday, every other day. (08:20 to 12:20 or 13:00 to 17:00, depending on the provider's availability).
We take care of the house with great care and care, with the aim of providing you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay.
*We provide bed and bath linen for your stay with us;
**Water and electricity consumption is charged according to consumption at the end of the stay;
***A deposit of R$1,500.00 must be paid. It must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after confirming the reservation and the refund will be within 7 working days after check-out (New Year's Eve reservations the security deposit will be doubled);
****It will be necessary to send documents for all guests, registration and release at the reception/property.
*****This property is subject to consultation, reservation confirmation, the owner's approval will be required for the values proposed on our website.
The composition of the rooms is as follows:
Suite 1 (Ground floor): 1 double bed, split air conditioning, blackout curtain, closet, fan and TV;
Suite 2 (Superior): 1 queen bed, split air conditioning and closet;
Suite 3 (Superior): 2 single beds, split air conditioning, blackout curtain and minibar;
Bedroom 1 (Superior): 1 queen bed, split air conditioning and closet.
NOTE: We have capacity for 8 adults and 2 children.
Praia do Forte is an excellent place to be in contact with nature and relax on the beautiful beaches and swimming pool in my space. Furthermore, its intense nightlife, with many options of bars and restaurants, is a strength of the location. All these attractions make my space an excellent choice to please different types of tastes, as it has a balance between peace, rest and nightlife.
