Praia do Forte is an excellent place to be in contact with nature and relax on the beautiful beaches and pool of my space. In addition, its intense nightlife, with many options of bars and restaurants, is a strong point of the location. All these attractions make my space an excellent choice to please different types of tastes, since it has the balance between peace, relaxation and excitement.
It accommodates up to 8 people and has 4 bedrooms (3 suites, one on the ground floor), a cozy living room with Smart TV and a full kitchen, integrated and with direct access to the outdoor area, with swimming pool, garden and barbecue.
We take care of the house with all the love and care in order to provide the greatest comfort and the best possible stay for you.
*We provide bed linen and towels for your stay with us;
**We do not charge an electricity fee for an average daily consumption of 30 kWh/day. If you exceed this amount, the excess will be charged at check-out. Water and gas are already included in the rate. For reservations over 30 nights, we charge for water and electricity;
***A deposit of R$2,500.00 must be paid via bank transfer within 7 days of confirmation and will be refunded within 7 business days of check-out (for New Year's Eve reservations, the deposit amount will be doubled).
****This property is subject to consultation, confirmation of reservation, the owner's approval of the values proposed on our website will be required.
The composition of the rooms is as follows:
Suite 1 (Ground floor): 1 single bed, 1 single mattress, split air conditioning and blackout curtains;
Suite 2 (Superior): 1 queen bed, split air conditioning, blackout curtains and closet;
Suite 3 (Superior): 1 double bed, split air conditioning and blackout curtains;
Bedroom 1 (Superior): 1 single bed, 2 single mattresses, split air conditioning and blackout curtains.
The condominium has 2 swimming pools, tennis court, soccer field, green area (Atlantic Forest reserve) and 24-hour concierge. It also has a free transfer service available from Friday to Sunday accessing the village and beach. Schedules according to availability.
