It is an incredible house with 6 bedrooms (4 suites), located in the Condominium in Praia do Forte, with 24h security, playground and private access to the beach!Space is complete! In addition to the air-conditioned rooms, 3 of them have Smart TV, as well as in the living room. The outdoor area is the great attraction, with a large area, it has a garden, swimming pool, barbecue and several resting seats.
We take care of the house with all the affection and care, in order to provide you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay.
*We provide bed and bath linen for your stay with us;
**Energy and water consumption will be charged according to consumption at the end of the stay;
***It is necessary to pay a deposit in the amount of R$2000.00. It must be made via bank transfer within a period of up to 7 days after the reservation and the return will be made within a period of up to 5 working days after check-out;
**** We have an indication of a cook and a day laborer, sete payment;
***** It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests registration and release at the concierge/property.
The composition of the rooms is as follows:
Suite 1 (Ground Floor): 2 single beds, split-type air conditioning, closet, blackout curtain and minibar;
Suite 2 (Ground Floor): 1 queen bed, split type air conditioning, closet and blackout curtain;
Suite 3 (Superior): 1 queen bed, split type air conditioning, closet, blackout curtain, fan and Smart TV;
Suite 4 (Superior): 1 double bed, split-type air conditioning, closet, blackout curtain, fan and Smart TV;
Bedroom 1 (Superior): 1 double bed, split type air conditioning, closet, blackout curtain, fan and Smart TV;
Bedroom 2 (Superior): 2 bunk beds, split-type air conditioning, closet, blackout curtain and fan.
OBS.: Suites 1 and 2 share a bathroom.
OBS. 2: We have a guest room.

Praia do Forte is an excellent place to be in contact with nature and rest on the beautiful beaches and pool in my space. In addition, its intense nightlife, with many options for bars and restaurants, is a strong point of the location. All these attractions make my space an excellent choice to please different types of tastes, as it has the balance between peace, rest and nightlife.
