We take care of the house with all the love and care, with the aim of providing the greatest comfort and the best possible stay for you.
*We provide bed linen and towels for your stay with us;
**We do not charge electricity fees for an average daily consumption of 30kWh/day. If you exceed this amount, the excess will be charged at check-out. Water and gas are already included in the rate;
***A deposit of R$900.00 must be paid via bank transfer within 7 days of confirmation and will be refunded within 7 business days of check-out (for New Year's Eve reservations, the deposit amount will be doubled);
****It will be necessary to send registration and release documents at the reception/property.
The composition of the rooms is as follows:
Bedroom 1: 1 double bed, split air conditioning and blackout curtains.
Suite 1: 1 king bed, single sofa bed, split air conditioning, Smart TV and blackout curtains.
Suite 2: 1 king bed, split air conditioning and blackout curtains.
From a privileged location, the apartment offers a unique view of the entire Praia do Forte Complex. The residential complex is distributed around the large swimming pool with wooden deck and barbecue area (paid setely).
The resort is gated, with 24-hour security! In addition, it has a Beach Club, access to the hotel shops, pharmacy, children's area, sports leisure area with tennis and squash courts and swimming pools.
It has direct access to the beach, approximately 250 meters from the sand, adult and children's swimming pools, air-conditioned gym, children's playground, multi-sports court, tennis court, soccer field, squash court, golf course, bicycle parking and beach club with restaurant-bar, free sun loungers, chairs and umbrellas. Exclusive path through Klaus Peters Park to Praia do Forte Village. Our guests can take advantage of the “pay-per-use” services.
