The staircase descent, upper front balcony and office window are protected with security screens. All rooms have air conditioning and a ceiling fan. There are hooks on the upper front porch for placing up to 2 hammocks. In the kitchen, you will find a water filter, crockery, cutlery, pans, pots, pans and various utensils. In the common area of the condominium there are swimming pool options (adults and children), open until 10pm, a sports court, and a children's playground, which may be used during the stay, depending on availability.
