Ventilated, bright and pleasant environment, with curtains to guarantee your privacy. The staircase descent, upper front balcony and office window are protected with security screens. All rooms have air conditioning and a ceiling fan. There are hooks on the upper front porch for placing up to 2 hammocks. In the kitchen, you will find a water filter, crockery, cutlery, pans, pots, pans and various utensils. In the common area of the condominium there are options for swimming pools (adults and children), open until 10pm, a sports court, and a children's playground, which may be used during the stay, depending on availability.
The condominium's INTERNAL REGULATIONS (on site) must be followed by all guests!
➡ Security deposit: R$ 500.00
➡ Send copies of document with CPF and photo of all guests and vehicle details before arrival, to allow access.
➡ Keys on site.
➡ In this unit, the energy bill will be charged according to consumption.
➡ There are cameras in the public areas of the Condominium, which are monitored at the entrance, 24 hours a day.
➡ It also has a sound measurement device, to ensure compliance with Municipal Law 5,354/98 ("Silence Law")
➡ Garbage is not collected after 3pm, on Sundays or holidays. Rubbish must be taken to the rubbish house, in front of the entrance.

Amei! Casa bem arejada, com todos os utensílios, camas bastante confortável, garagem para mais de 1 carro, tudo bem arrumado, limpo e de um bom gosto. Recomendo as instalações são ótimas, o proprietário é bastante atensioso. Pode ir que você não vai se arrepender.
