The apartment is well-ventilated, bright, and pleasant, with curtains to ensure your privacy. The staircase, upper front balcony, and office window are protected with safety screens. All bedrooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans. There are hooks on the upper front balcony for hanging up to 2 hammocks. In the kitchen, you will find a water filter, dishes, cutlery, pots, pans, and various utensils. In the condominium's common area, there are swimming pools (adult and children's), open until 10 pm, a multi-sports court, and a playground, which may be used during your stay, subject to availability.

➡ The condominium's internal regulations (available on-site) must be followed by all guests!
➡ Please send copies of identification documents (CPF and photo) for all guests, along with vehicle information, before arrival to allow access.

There are cameras in the public areas of the Condominium, which are monitored at the gatehouse, 24 hours a day.

Amei! Casa bem arejada, com todos os utensílios, camas bastante confortável, garagem para mais de 1 carro, tudo bem arrumado, limpo e de um bom gosto. Recomendo as instalações são ótimas, o proprietário é bastante atensioso. Pode ir que você não vai se arrepender.
